The Package- Knot Movies keeps it simple and affordable with one basic package for $950. You can then build on to the package with extras that you actually want. For what we offer in our basic package, there is no better deal in Central PA.

What will be on my DVD with the basic package?
When you put in your DVD, you will see your personalized menu with usually at least 7 chapters to choose from.(There could be additional chapters depending on the length and flow of your wedding day and if you purchase certain extras).
The chapters will be:
Pre-ceremony- Shots of the ceremony location, decorations, and guests arriving and being seated. This will be set to a song of your choice, usually 3 or 4 minutes.
Ceremony- Your entire ceremony, uncut. We will gracefully transition between the three camera angles to keep it visually interesting. This chapter's length will be the actual length of your ceremony (30-40 minutes on average).
Pre-Reception- This could include shots of your guest during cocktail hour, shots of the bridal party during photo session, and shots of reception venue and decorations.
Reception Chapters- We will film all of the reception events from the introductions of the bridal party, to the toasts, the cake cutting, the formal dances, guests dancing, guest interviews, and what ever else you have planned. We will often break the reception up into these separate chapters: Introduction, First Dance, Toasts, Cake and Bouquet, and Dancing.

Our package fee covers weddings within an hour of Harrisburg. Weddings further away will be subject to an extra fee. Contact us for details.

Extras to be added to your DVD:
Growing Up Photo Montage- 30 digital photos provided by you from your early years to now, (your pics could also start from the time you met) that will be blended into your Pre-ceremony chapter.

Bridal Party Prep Footage- We will film the fun and special moments that will be taking place while the bridal party is getting ready. This could be anything from the guys figuring out their tuxes, to the maid of honor helping the bride with her veil. A female videographer will be with the bride and a male with the groom. We will arrive up to 3 hours before the start time of your ceremony

Wedding Highlight Chapter- This will include about 15 minutes of the best parts of your day. This is great for family and friends who may not have time to watch the entire disc. Music of your choice will be added, slow motion and other special effects that will make them laugh and cry at the same time. This is the chapter you will want to watch over and over. $100
2nd Manned Camera at Reception- Adding another camera at your reception will allow us the flexibility needed to get the interesting shots and angles that will really spice up your reception chapter.

Wedding Wishes- I will go table to table with a hand held mic, usually when the guests are waiting for their food, and ask if they would like to give a wedding wish (congrats, we are happy for you, advice for the future, etc) for your movie. You can only opt for this Extra if you also select the 2nd Manned Camera option above.

Love Story Chapter- We will meet before your wedding at a location of your choice. The bride and groom will be filmed separately casually chatting on topics such as where you first met, your first date, how he proposed, etc. Your answers will then be blended together and set to music.

Honeymoon Photo Montage Chapter- After you get back, select your 50 best honeymoon pics to be added to your DVD. We will add Interesting transitions, Ken Burns effect, and a song or two of your choice to make it really fun to watch.

Raw Footage
We typically end up with about seven 60 minute tapes. These tapes will be raw (no editing) and probably not what you would want to sit and watch. They would be purchased for archival purposes and to have the possibility to re-edit them in the future.
